Project Update – May 13, 2026

The contractor has completed the installation of a new storm sewer and water main under the Canadian National railroad track, including making a connection to the existing water main on North Avenue. Upcoming work involves the installation of a storm sewer on North Avenue and Drury Lane.

New One-Way Traffic Configuration

To facilitate the work while maintaining access for residents and emergency vehicles, a temporary one-way traffic configuration will be implemented starting May 18, 2026 for the North/Park/Drury area. Traffic will be allowed to travel Northbound on North Avenue from Drury to Park, on Park Lane from North to Drury, and Westbound on Drury Lane from Park to North. See the traffic diagram for the proposed traffic configuration during this stage. Signage will be posted directing traffic through this temporary one-way staging.
