Utility Relocations Underway

Over the past month, recent tree removals paved the way for private utility relocations to begin. Construction of private utility moves was initiated in June with MCI, a subsidiary of Verizon, substantially completing their relocation work. Additional relocations of private utilities, such as ComEd and Nicor are anticipated to begin this summer, setting the stage for construction later this year.
