Prestage work will commence following award of the contractor and will begin with work on Hough Street to install a new culvert which will carry the rerouted Flint Creek. Demolition of 225 and 235 Elm Road will be completed and demolition of Willow Road will occur ahead of mass grading for the temporary roadway.
